NOTE: Before filling out and submitting this form, please read this.
Eligibility requirements are that the Agency or Organization applying for placing an "Information Booth" at the annual event of the World Eskimo-Indian Olympics must serve the purpose of providing a service available primarily, or with preference to those we serve, (Alaska Natives, Native American or other Indigenous People). All booth spaces are the responsibility of the agency or organization applying for it. The contact person is responsible to maintain the booth to
ensure that the booth is tended to at all times. There is an eighty-five dollar ($85.00) fee to display and/or promote your agency/organization. There will only be ten (10) tables set aside for the Exhibit area. There is a maximum limit of two (2) persons per booth at any time, regardless if the table is on a shared basis with others or not. Two (2) passes are included for each booth registered. The Organizing Committee of WEIO or its designated representatives reserve the right to refuse any application whether or not a fee has been submitted; should an application be refused for any reason, the application, leasing fee, and a reason for refusal will be given to the applicant. There will be no partial leasing on a nightly basis; each application submitted will be considered for the entire event, four (4) evenings. Transferring the "lease" may be permitted from one applicant to another dependent upon the permission of the Organizing Committee of the WEIO, or its designated representative. If the WEIO office has not contacted the applicant regarding their application status, it most likely means that the application has been approved. Because of the limited space available, WEIO considers those applications received earliest be considered on a "first come, first served" basis.
Further details, changes, or information may be forthcoming.
I acknowledge I am an authorized representative of the organization listed above, and I understand that the World Eskimo-Indian Olympics and/or the Carlson Center cannot be held responsible for storage, theft of or damage to display materials.
By signing below, applicant agrees to abide by the requirements as listed above. Respectfully submitted by:
