All booth spaces are the responsibility of the agency or organization applying. The contact person is responsible to maintain the booth to ensure that it is tended at all times. Two (2) passes are included for each booth. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted rate (6 for $50.00). The organizing committee of WEIO or its designated representatives reserve the right to refuse any application whether or not the fee has been paid, should an application be refused for any reason, the application, leasing fee and reason for refusal will be remitted to the applicant. If the applicant cancels before 6/30/2023 a $75 fee will be charged. If the applicant cancels after 6/30/2023 a 50% refund will be remitted. No partial or "nightly" leasing is available. Each application is for the entire 4 evening event. Tables are available during the day, but are not required to be manned. Tables must be open and manned each evening from 6PM - 10PM or the close of the event, whichever is earlier.
Transferring a lease may be permitted upon the approval of WEIO. Applications are considered on a "first come, first served" basis. WEIO reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. Due to WEIO's non-profit status, no religious or political stance can be promoted at our event.
By submitting this this application I acknowledge that I am an authorized representative of the organization listed above and I understand that WEIO and/or the Fairbanks North Star Borough cannot be held responsible for storage, theft of or damage to display materials.
